Rich Barr is the Co-owner and Director of Operations for the Maryland and Delaware Group of Long and Foster Estate, based in Salisbury, Maryland. Our real estate team is one of the best and busiest in the country, as it was ranked by Real Trends as No. 1 in the state of Maryland and No. 5 in the nation in 2021 as well as #1 in the entirety of Long & Foster for homes sold. 

After selling a highly profitable heavy duty truck dealership group in 2015, Rich first got into real estate as an active and successful investor and in late 2016 jumped into real estate full time. Since then, Rich has brokered the sale of over 500 homes and additionally renovated and sold over 100.

Today, Rich is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a 25-agent team as well as more than 19 real estate related companies he and his partner, Brandon Brittingham own. Additionally, he continues to be an extremely active real estate investor and entrepreneurial mentor.

Active in the Community, Rich the past President and current board member of the Salvation Army of the Lower Eastern Shore of Maryland among other community related involvement.
